The Women Leadership BizTalk 2025 is set to take place on Saturday, 21st June 2025, at Bilik Enggang, Level 10, Menara SSM, Kuala Lumpur, from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. 

Themed “Change the Future, Think Outside the Box,” the event aims to spark courageous leadership conversations and empower women to lead with purpose, resilience, and innovation.

This dynamic forum is jointly organized by the Malaysian Business Empowerment Council (Majlis Pemerkasaan Perniagaan Malaysia or MPPM), National Education Integration Council (Majlis Integrasi Pendidikan Negara atau MIPN), Alzette University, IPAC, European Education Board (EEB), Women Entrepreneur Mind (WEM), and Women in Logistics and Transport (WILAT). 

It brings together forward-thinking women leaders from academia, business, and social enterprise to share perspectives, ignite action, and build networks for sustainable impact.

Prof. Is. Dr. Roselina Ahmad Saufi, Vice President of MPPM, will moderate the session. She will guide a conversation on how women can navigate complex challenges and rethink traditional leadership models to drive positive change.



Three distinguished panelists will lead the discussion:

  • Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Jessica Ong Hai Liaw, Council Member of FCLIT and Chairperson of WILAT Malaysia, who will speak on innovation and inclusive leadership in education and logistics;
  • Fatimah Abu Bakar, CEO of Celebrating Thinkers Sdn Bhd, who will highlight high-impact youth leadership and the importance of thinking ecosystems;
  • Is. Kartina Kamaruzaman, Managing Director of Duonita Sdn Bhd and Founder of Teena Manaf Academy, who will discuss women entrepreneurship and the power of mentorship for transformation.

Women Leadership BizTalk 2025 promises to be an energizing platform for aspiring and established women leaders to exchange ideas, share journeys, and inspire future change-makers.
